István Mezgár
Dr. István Mezgár is the member of the Research Laboratory on Engineering & Management Intelligence at the Institute of Computer Science and Control, Hungarian Academy of Sciences. He was an Associate Professor at the Department of Manufacturing Science and Technology, Budapest University of Technology and Economics till the end of 2016 (Diploma in m.e: 1977, from the Technical University of Budapest (TUB), C.Sc. in tech.sci.: 1995, from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Dr.Habil.: 2006 from the TUB).
He is Editorial Board member of numerous international journals, member of IFAC WG 5.3, has more than 150 scientific publications at international forums. He served as visiting scientist/professor several times at different universities/research institutes of Austria, Italy, Japan, New Zealand and South Korea.
His current interests focus on networked organizations, wireless communication networks and their security, trust building, cloud computing and cyber physical system applications in production.
