Fellowship for Ph.D. students

Krisztina Konrád, Ph.D. candidate - supervised by Dr. Zsolt János Viharos, member of the Research Laboratory on Engineering & Management Intelligence of the Institute for Computer Science and Control of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences - won the “National Higher Education Excellence Fellowship – for Ph.D. students and candidates”.

We are pleased to announce that Krisztina Konrád, researcher of the Ph.D. topic, supervised by our colleague Dr. Zsolt János Viharos, Ph.D. candidate at the University of Sopron, Simonyi Karoly Faculty of Engineering, Wood Sciences and Applied Arts, Jozsef Cziraki Doctoral School of Wood Sciences and Technologies won the “National Higher Education Excellence Fellowship – for Ph.D. students and candidates” with the application entitled “Qualification of the measurement methods underlying the energy usage of biomass materials”.

Title of Her Ph.D. topic is: “Extension of the control-, and measuring system of the Pellet production cycle”

Ph.D. supervisors: Dr. Gábor Németh (University of Sopron, Simonyi Karoly Faculty of Engineering, Wood Sciences and Applied Arts, Institute of Woodworking Machinery) and Dr. Zsolt János Viharos (Institute for Computer Science and Control of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Research Laboratory on Engineering & Management Intelligence)

An organic part of the application is the collaboration between the Ph.D. candidate and the Research Laboratory on Engineering & Management Intelligence of the Institute for Computer Science and Control of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences during the realization of the proposed research.
