As part of the Netzwerk Digital collaboration, the Advantage Austria, the Artificial Intelligence Coalition, the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hungary and the Swisscham Hungary presented their joint Artificial Intelligence Conference, focusing on the Hungarian AI Strategy, the institutional framework and the application of AI in the manufacturing sector.
The event was attended by Dr. Károly Balázs Solymár, Deputy State Secretary for Digitalisation at the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, Marco-Alexander Breit, Head of the Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies Task Force at the German Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Change, and several members of the Gaia-X board.
The participants of the exhibition had the opportunity to learn about the activities and professional achievements of SZTAKI and to ask for a portrait served by the institute's drawing robot, Piktor-o-bot.

A one-day exhibition on Artificial Intelligence and Technology was organized for 28 Jan, 2022 by the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) and the Digital Success Programme. The event was hosted by ZalaZone Automotive Test Track near Zalaegerszeg, Hungary. The exhibition was opened by a presentation by László Palkovics, Minister of Innovation and Technology.
On October 8, 2021, SZTAKI held a workshop entitled "Beauty of Stochastics" on the occasion of the 75th birthday of László Gerencsér, research advisor of the Systems and Control Theory Research Laboratory.
The lecture titled "The first year of the Artificial Intelligence National Laboratory " was held in the main hall of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences on the occasion of the Hungarian Science Day.
A delegation from the South Korean Ministry of Science and ICT arrived at the Institute on December 3, 2021, to attend presentations on the operations and objectives of SZTAKI and the programs and developments of the national laboratories led by SZTAKI.
